bob, If that is correct then no shares were cancelled as the Aug. press release stated. If the 20.5 million shares owned by TEIM were cancelled they would have been subtracted from the 144 million shares issued number and made the new number around 123.5 or 1.235 million after the split. The TA I did this morning shows that the stock could very likely take a breather after the recent mountain climbing. The air may be getting a little thin. All you newbies with the smell of greed in your nostrils beware. Don't be a sap and buy at the top. Also the stock activity seems to be genuine with no hanky panky. Someone likes this company who must know more than we do. Bob
