I know that Weekly Second Opinion is behind the times but I think some people use it to judge a safe entry point. They have upgraded it to a long and have it as a buy. Some movement back up and it will become a strong buy.

Did you see those 2 blocks on Friday. Think Todd would know who was moving them?
