>>Did you see those 2 blocks on Friday. Think Todd would know who was moving them?<<

Those two large blocks were most likely an exchange from one mutual fund two another. More like distribution than accummalation. I called Todd to see if he knew who the parties were. They weren't sure but were aware of the transaction and trying to find out.

The volume has started to slow down. When this happened in the past, occasionally stop losses are taken out with a quick swoop down. It might be a good opportunity for someone looking to pick up some cheap shares here soon. I would think that the 6 weeks or so is going to be a time of patience for us APCO holders. The long term outlook still looks incredibly strong but I don't think there is going to be much news short term to help support the price.

If the Russell 2000 makes a push here and attention switches more to the small caps it may be all that we need. Lots of companies reported below estimates and APCO continues to beat estimates. I would hope this will be noticed and rewarded soon.
