Zeev Would Castle Creek's trading activities be in any way constrained by SEC insider trading regulations, or any other regulations for that matter? How about Berg and the other true insiders: are the requirements for reporting short activity, any different than simple buying and selling? From a novice, it just seems odd that the SEC guidelines would sanction the scenarios that you and Paul are discussing. Thanks in advance for your reply. Michael Pronichev
