Laurie....I definitely think that is the reason. How hard would it be to plug in O/S and get an EPS for the last 9 months? Obviously, shares are still a touchy issue with Arif. This is why nobody trusts him. Every action of his is perceived to be underhanded. It's his own fault. He has shown shareholders nothing but mistruths and lies and, he, personally, has shown no attempt to clarify the situation. Maybe, I'll give a call to the transfer agent on Monday to get the current count. If anyone has the current number of shares, feel free to share.
