John, you are right, theoretically. Practically, is there any reason to submit 144 in advance if you can do it together with 4?

"Typically, the shares indicated on a Form 144 have probably already been sold by the time you see the document. If the seller is an insider, they may actually file the Form 144 and Form 4 sale at the same time."

I do not see Forms 4, however. So it would be nice if someone could check other databases. Finally, everything is done by people, could be typos <g>

EDIT: found two Sells: VP, SrVP, in Oct.
