As we gear up for another assault for publicity (right now, it's our best key, while other things are quietly pursued), someone suggested the New York Times to me this morning. Whaddyathink? Are we big enough? This same person, a well-known poster who never owned MTEI and doesn't want his name used, sent this note, good to keep in mind: "As a former newspaper reporter, however, I feel qualified to say the following. You are going to have to pound, and pound, and pound away... constant, sustained pressure is the only way you will get attention and resolution." I post it because it's my own theme. Any time available when there is nothing else to be done (we HAVE to wait on some things) is WELL SPENT pursuing more publicity. Government agencies surely speed things up on cases getting a lot of attention. And we get to make the bad guys feel rotten when they meet their neighbors in the local supermarket (unless they are using our money to send servants for groceries).
