roq, ok, there may be alternate reasons to overvaluation for selling an extra $20 million that you don't need. now, please assign a probability to the sum of said alternatives. ;-) i agree, there could be alternative reasons. however, i think we both agree they are very unlikely so, to the speculator (and we all are as we don't KNOW), the good bet is valuation. in any case, i still hope james doesn't get his e-mail address ;-)
