John - are you sure that the TT Bolivian law credentials rumor is the big rumor everyone keeps alluding to?
Its the one I am told has everyone upset and Sunriver seems to think it is a biggie.

That sure does not sound like a GE killing rumor to me, as a matter of fact it does not sound like much of a big deal for a US company.

TT can run GE without Bolivian or US law credentials. TT does not even have to run GE, Company Presidents come and go.

I am sure it could be a big deal in Bolivia depending on what TT has done using his Bolivian law credentials but I have to agree with Doug Lapp on the impact of this rumor, BIG DEAL. It is no GE killer.
Agree, though TT may have to resign if true. Who would believe anything else he says if this is in fact true?
So, our SEC investigated the rumor and came up empty...I have to believe the rumor is false. If someone can prove otherwise, go for it.
I agree, seems Dan Enright does not have the BALZACS to publicly state it or he is certainly not here defending it as true. Maybe he will show up later, I doubt it though.
I have come to the conclusion that there is more DIRT on the Sunriver executives then there is on the GE side. When you get people talking behind closed doors like has happened in this case and you ask for proof and receive none then it can probably be discarded as..............
