This news release by Dayton (and our prior release) on the dismissal of the claims against Dayton (Canada) by the Nevada court means nothing. Apparently MDIN was aware of the problem of getting both companies into the Nevada action when they filed. That is why they originally filed both in Canada and the US simultaneously. I'm sure Gary would agree with me that this is going as expected by MDIN's attorneys.
