Potential concerns:
1) 2ndary offering - part II: This can be another disaster for short term investor or another golden buying opportunity for long term investor. I increased my core holding by 45% at price below $15 since the first private placement announcement.

2) THQ still heavily depends on Wrestling titles. Quest64 is just another shooting-star. Devil Dice failed to earn a spot in TRST top 20 on October. We still have Rugrat, International Rally Championship and Shao-Lin.

3) Reserve for Sales return: THQ will stock up WCW titles before license expired by year-end. This shouldn't be a problem, as Wrestling titles remain red-hot and the flawless inventory control of THQ mgt.

4) More delay or cancellation for new games…

Potential opportunities:
1) OEM deal. How about Devil Dice or Rugrat bundled with PSX? GameFX will also contribute significantly in this area.

2) Expand sales channels. I don't know about the U.S but here in Canada. THQ is not a particular famous brand like EA and Acclaims. I expect similar in Europe and Asia.

I am very pleased that many gamers like WCW Revenge over Accliam's Iguana produced WWF Warzone. In addition THQ still has the right to Touken Retsuden - another well respected wrestling title from Japan. Beside the wrestling titles, G.Darius, Devil Dice, Brunswick Bowling, Bass Master and Red Jack all receive good reviews. This is a big accomplishment of THQ for the FY1998, a necessary step to become a market leader in the game industry.

At last, I like to thanks Jeff and Dennis for their TA contribution. It doesn't take a genius to predict a pullback but they accurately predict the absolute high is really something worth to mention here. Also thanks Chris for his earning estimate and of course Vic for his IE Index.
