Sorry folks for not getting back with you yesterday. Had a pretty
crummy day here weather wise and just goofed up my work schedule. So
let me see. Where were we?????? Oh yes, let me finish with item #4. I
will probably have to continue this later tonight but I'll cover what
I can before I have to leave.

Q.> When can we here something from the company?
A.> (I gave you the first part of the answer in the last post), Here is
the secound part.> "After we get debreifed over the next couple or three
days Herman will probably put out a progress report next week. It will
update everyone on what we have been doing on the sites and where are
geologist are at this point in time. Again alot of the information is
going to be watered down and put into a commentary progress report. It
will just be well sort if informative, not hype". (When this release comes
out you are going to have to read between the lines),(this part is my
input).
**5. Time line for drilling.-------------------
Q.> So I ask you again, when do you feel that the drilling will start?
2 wks., 4 wks., 6 wks.? Have we made preperations for the helo pads or
started cutting any roads on the sites?
A.> Like I said before I would be giving you misinformation if I told you
a spacific time. I can give you a better answer after I have met with
Herman over the next couple of days and he breifs us and we get the results
back from the geologists. But I will tell you this, everyone is very excited
with what they have found so far, like I said before. As far as cutting
in roads or getting access to the properties, the Sumatra site is already
to go. We have complete access to the property and this is one of the
reasons that we picked this one to do first. So when the geologists get
done with their sampling and we get the results back we can start immediatly.
6. Merger.----------------------
Q.> How is the merger coming along? I was going over my notes from our
Last conversation and rereading the past releases and was thinking that
maybe it would be better if AAGs Idaho property be included in the assets
of the NEWCO. Does Herman have any thoughts on doing that?
A.> The merger is moving along nicely. The fairness report is back and
now they are finializing the language. As to your question on the Idaho
property, Herman has been giving that considerable thought. There is a
posibility that that may happen. They are taking that into consideration
and looking at is from the feezability side of things.
** Well there you have it for right now, I have to go now. If it
doesn't get to late tonight when I get back I post the rest and answer
the tip replies that I got from the interested folks. Sorry to streach
this out so long but my time has been limited. Work schedule changed.
