<<Does Glimmer also make money or if not why not?>>

This question is better directed to the GME CEO I would think. The numbers for QTR 3 seem very encouraging considering the ore is from development. For QTR 4 they begin mining some of the stopes, this should have a significant impact on the numbers.

After reading the EXL results I'm left puzzled as to why there is no provision for GME's part of the operation. Perhaps just overlooking something. Some speculate the settlement might leave the numbers closer to 50/50 - it should be easy to see how a 3.5 dilution factor to GME's favor will impact EPS.

From what I understand the JV battle will go 12 rounds and is set to be a bloody affair. The fireworks will be coming over the next months ahead. At this time it appears that neither EXL or GME will settle for nothing less than retaining/becoming the operator of the project. In the courts GME has won on all points so far and feels the data supports their position. As always time will tell.
