>>> I guess I not up on midwestern humor <<<

I'm not certain that humor is all that geographical, however, I was trying to play along with your self-flagulation scenario without directly offending anyone who may be motively challenged. I recall inserting a little "happy face" at the end of my message, which you must have missed.

To the subject at hand (LGOV):

There are going to be a lot of folks who are going to be singing "woulda, shoulda, coulda" in B-flat minor very soon, if actions follow advice and expectations. Dan is expected back mid-week next week, and I believe the mysterious, new CEO is supposed to arrive shortly thereafter.

Having "presented" project plans and information to sizable groups, and taken a few tips from my Dad who was a past-president of Toastmasters, I am absolutely convinced that management would not want to show up at the Stockholders Meeting without pre-releasing the financials and some other important news.

Walking in to a meeting as "resident hero" beats the stink out of addressing an angry mob. The point of the 07DEC meeting is election of officers, and other company business. There are enough outstanding non-management shares to hire or fire anybody the owners want to.

I personally think Dan has done everything possible within the scope of the time and funds he has had available, and now is the time for LGOV to fly. Conversely, considering the feelings of frustration and minimal patience left among the stockholders - failing to act decisively and quickly would be a serious error in judgement.

My current recommendation stands. Anywhere under 0.20/share, buy on the dips and accumulate, accumulate, accumulate - for the next 23 days only!

If there are *ANY* further management delays, or other general disappointments, between now and Christmas - based on what I know and/or have been advised - I will immediately dump and move on; reporting that fact here. 07DEC98 will be a MILESTONE, for sure!

It IS time for LGOV's management to put up or shut up, and I'm 100% with them - up to the point of the next unjustifiable delay. I.e., my suit didn't come back from the cleaners, Saddam cut off my subscription to the Bagdad Daily, my car ran out of gas on the freeway, the brochures didn't come back from the printers, and/or - the dog ate my homework, ain't gonna cut it!

We have all studied, discussed, bought, fought, hoped, held, and hung-in for the required dues-paying period. It is NOW "...fish or cut bait..." time for management, in my view.

If everything we have been expecting does not materialize in the next 23 days, then management has read US wrong and I will vote my shares accordingly.

Everyone ABSOLUTELY needs to go - OR - send their proxy with someone; with specific instructions on how to vote their shares.

Up until 04DEC98, I am definitely a buyer!! On 08DEC98, I'll either be a very happy owner or a fading memory. The time for ACTION and RESULTS is at hand, and my personal clock is counting down to 07DEC98. LGOV has all "the right stuff", but the time to do something with it is RIGHT DAMN NOW!

Either management throttles the sucker up, hits the launch button and supports it with HARD DATA, PR work, TV exposure, and interviews on major stock shows - or they will have missed the window of opportunity to retain my interest. I am copying this post to Dan, personally; so I'm not talking out of school here.

I hope a number of you out there will also communicate your feelings to LGOV office, in the next few days. They need to be aware of how YOU feel and what your expectations are.

John :-)
