Just a note of advice:

If anything you are about to buy has leach-like, bloodsucking attachments to it like "Canadian something or other", "debentures", "convertible options" and/or "Reg-S" anything, you better thoroughly analyze what can happen to your share value if some slimy-SOB-insider does a big offshore short, dumps a couple million of their "free-insider-shares", exercises their convertible whats-its and then does an AGTI.

An "AGTI" is where a good little company is milked by some insiders that can buy/sell a couple of million shares a day to earn an extra grand a week - while the company dies and everyone loses their jobs or their investment!

Know what you're doing, down to the knats eyelash level, - or stay way far away from Vancouver!
