Well, after 6 days of steady decline in the price, DML stock finally appears ready to turn around.

It is interesting to note that Union was the biggest net seller from Oct 1 to Oct 29 (the day before the runup). They bought 170k @ .30 and sold 684k @ .31. Of course they sold a ton on the big day but since then have been a net buyer at 431k. In the last 6 days of steady price decline they have led the buying 3 to 1 over any other house at an average price of .37 with none sold.

Last week when I looked at the buying on the big day it was quite apparent that Union led the way heading into the runup. Whether their intent was to help create the runup then take advantage and sell into it you can never know. However why they would have been such a huge seller the month before at .31 does not make much sense to me if they were positioning for the runup.

Anyways when I tracked their trading since the PP it appears they are in a positive stock position without having exercised the warrants. I made that check last week but never recorded the numbers so it is worth a re-check.

One other interesting observation is that when checking Union's monthly trading numbers back to July they have made money every month in active trading. That is, in any one month their average sell prices have been higher than their buy price.

My conclusion is that Union trading habits are worth keeping track of.
Whether they are privy to inside information or are insiders? If they are on the inside and buying it looks positive after having gone through so much selling last month at the lowest prices in the last three years.

These numbers could be totally out to lunch by jitney trades? In which case the selling out of Union in Oct could have been an effort to drive the price down but I have my doubts. My thoughts are that Union may have just been trying to recover the PP money then came the inside news Oct 30. Now they are buying again!

But what the 'ell do I know except that I am holding for the next runup.

John
