I run the scans regularly. When I see the preponderance of buy signals then I will establish new long positions. The last time I had a large number of buy signals was from October 12 to 16.

If the nine-month cycle holds to form, then this run could last till February before it starts a topping process of several months. DJIA needs to hold above 8600, SPX above 1100, Nasdaq above 1760.
