Hi Dean:

Per your request, I did call Alexis a few minutes ago and spoke with a gentlemen named Ed. According to him, "the President of the company", is SUPPOSED to be in their offices Monday afternoon with the completed "audit forms" which were supposedly being finalized yesterday and today. He was not specific as to when the actual 10K would be filed though he did SPECULATE that it would be by the end of the week.

He made a few other interesting remarks.

1. He was quite bullish on the stock and said that he hoped I would continue to buy.

2. That another investor had called yesterday and had taken it upon himself to verify that Olympus was actually doing some business with Wal-Mart etc. and according to Ed received glowing reports regarding the quality of the product being produced, yada, yada, yada...

3. Said that some of the retailers were going to start requiring that the manufacturers purchase the cloth themselves and that this would mean that they were hoping to raise some money. The figure he gave was one million and that they could raise another ten million from banks.

This last item baffles me a little as I would have thought that the company already purchased raw materials for themselves. This would also imply some form of secondary offering. (It's possible that I misunderstood this last part so if anyone is willing to spring for a long distance call as independent verification it would definitely be appreciated.) Specifically, he said "we" are going to try and raise some money. I'm not sure if he meant "we" as in Olympus Ventures or "we" as in Alexis and Olympus.

In short, while my gut instinct is that this company is for real and poised to make a run, (He mentioned the small-cap Nasdaq thing again.) there is still some uneasiness. I'm going to ponder this weekend as to whether I'm going to take a chance and try to lower my average cost per share yet again. I don't have a LOT of money invested here but enough that I'll be talking to myself for a long time if this company collapses. I can't help but wonder whether it would be good money after bad...
