The quarterly numbers would have been higher if they could have received CE Mark sooner into the 3rd Q, not two weeks remaining.

> Foreign export sales decreased primarily due to the requirement by the European Union ("EU") that all medical device products entering the EU after mid-June 1998 must bear the CE Mark. The Company received CE Mark certification in September 1998 and resumed shipments to the EU.

The right funding of cash is the missing ingredient, to a much higher stock price.
