RE: Dell

If CPQ, IBM, and HWP are receiving royalties then it would certainly have an impact on their margins. Dell has been eating their lunch in that arena and it becomes very obvious why they don't want to see their IP "commodotized" and "given away". The tide may be turning for DELL in the regard, perhaps Ashrok is on to something.
