Hi Mike and JWass.
I must admit I am also a bit puzzled, taking shares (and believe me that this is true, I called immediatly with Ed and Thomas) is taking a bet Prime company will get what they want. What I have heard is that they own tracking software for the Database comes in handy. Don't know exactly what is going on there.
It puzzles me that Ed was always so positive on China, there is so much business out there, you can't imagine. So, now we are depending on the JV to bring on the business from China.
But EGNS is not sitting still. They are looking at an acquisition in the US, to make the company broader. This would also add revenues and assets if it's alright. Oh and JWass, read the filing, you see they have $ 1 mio. in the bank, no debt.
He is also now going after the mainframe business and he can handle clients from DG all the way now with CA behind them.
He is also busy with setting up a JV for South Africa and South East Asia with a subs. of Data Dimensions.
So, if everything comes in place, the company has the possibility to grow fast and if Prima Company takes off, he will get a nice reward out of that.
I agree that this one time profit will not do much to the share price, we have to judge if the strategy is right.
On the shareholders meeting we can ask more questions. That is also what this board and Raging bull is about. Read that also, some good posters over there, good discussions.
Give me your comments. I am going after more information next week.
