Your trading rules are very sound and I don't disagree with any of them.

And to set the record straight, you are right concerning safe.
That was probably a poor choice of words, in retrospect. It should have been safer. Its all relative in the scheme of things. ADPT is more risky than being invested in CDs or a savings account. My use of safe was as the alternative to being in ACLY which I beleive did close to a $10+ swing in price in one day or GIFS/IMNX which swung .18 to .50 and back. I was trying to illustrate the need to go towards a stock that is not as volatile and where large downsides are likely to occur.
