Chilbert, I agree, Netsmart is not an internet company, they are a service bureau and software development house for mental health care facilities. From what I can read, they appear to be a legitimate business, they have divested a couple of lines of business that didn't fit with their core competencies. I don't have any idea how good their products are or what their competition looks like, but I know in general that service bureaus with a good core product tend to perform very well over time. This is a company I would like to know more about.
