Vince Foster (rear) had a sexual relationship with Hillary, according to testimony presented to Ken Starr. Hillary Clinton had a torrid affair of her own - and even carried on right in front of husband Bill. STAR has learned of shocking charges that Hillary had a passionate liaison with Vince Foster, who later worked for the Clintons in Washington as a White House lawyer only to die under mysterious circumstances. Ex-Arkansas state trooper L.D. Brown has told independent counsel Kenneth Starr that he watched in astonishment as Hillary and Foster kissed and fondled each other in a restaurant - with Clinton just a few feet away. Amazingly, Clinton was kissing and hugging another woman at the very same time. Brown testified about the Hillary-Foster romance during the independent counsel's investigation into Foster's 1993 death - and has now spoken about it for the first time since then.
