Hey - per my earlier post, did anyone take a look at the NEW HIGHs/NEW LOWs going back to 1970. If the NEW HIGHS stays below 100 and the NEW LOWS stays between 10-50 for a month, the strong probability is that the following month will be flat or down. This was just an observation with I feel requires more attention to. Any comments. Thinking of doing a more thorough study if I had more precise info.
