Penni, all organic life acts selfishly in order to survive. Even
the worker bees who 'sacrifice' themselves in order to sustain the
hive. This is a selfish act. Who are we to exclude ourselves from
organic life?

It is important to recognize this reality and that it is inescapable.
Therefore, when one acts let's say 'to save the world' one must ask
what the underlying motive is on a more practical level. What was
the underlying motive of Jesus? Was he out to save the world or was
he a political revolutionary out to overthrow Rome?

Beware when government wants to give you something for nothing. It
can never be for nothing. You are selling out your freedoms and impowering government. That is their sole purpose. John Galt knows
this sounds rather sophomoric, but it is neverthess true.
