A year ago the stock has a PE of 2.5 and traded at 2.25$. I really don't know what the deal is but the contract will increase earnings if some of the other subsidiarys perform. I think the company has about 50 -60 % of its business from govt. contracts. When its good, it's good and when it's bad, it's bad. JW
