Lawrence Kam appears in Barron's, November 16 issue. See the Mailbag section, page 58, "Dismal Science" letters. Fortunately, our fair-haired boy Lawrence Kam (attacking as usual, this time targeting Paul Krugman, MIT economist) is in a gentle mood.
