I think that a few words of caution are in order here. The reason there was no reaction to the announcement is because MEGW is still a BB company- a penny stock. There are many good reasons why penny stocks deserve to be penny stocks. Bulletin Board and other exchanges are littered with skeletons of companies that had "great" ideas and grandiose plans only to end up in the dust bin instead. In case anybody cares, MEGW from the day of its inception to this day never had any earnings or revenues. Zero. This company doesn't sell any products nor offer any services. No cash flow at all but a lot of promises and plans. In fact, the only product MEGW did manage to put out (almost a year too late) was one issue of a NYC magazine. Which turned out to be a huge waste of money, effort and ended up being a spectacular failure. And maybe you all forgot the 12 to 1 reverse split after which the company issued millions of new shares. Given this track record or lack there of, what makes anyone believe that MEGW will be anymore successful in any other of its endeavors?!?
