Herb, tired argument >5. The Zip and Jaz drives the company makes may be great products, but once you buy one you don't need another.< Assumes only people who already have one are potential new buyers. I've seen that on this thread before " Me and my friends have one, so there is no market for any more". I fear for Ford and General Motors because most US families already have two cars. Same goes for TV sets, where the market is even more saturated. Whereas only about 5% of PC owners have a ZIP. G.
