BS Buster,
You are omitting one fact. Fact-Total Building Systems is a real operating company with over 200 employees and $19 million in revenue growing at a rate of 100% a year. I hear that they are quite profitable as well. Since the TBS acquisition will be treated as a pooling for accounting purposes I believe, the result is that the 10K for MEGW will include a full year's activity for TBS as if MEGW had acquird TBS on 1/1/98. The internet telephony business is expected to bring in revenues before the year is over as well. I think you will be surprised at the first SEC filing
