Dwight: *OT* Looked at your profile. I use to have a 1971 Honda 750. I bought it new. It was a great bike. Sold it and bought a new 1974 Harley Super Glide. It was great except it vibrated so much, every time I went to Austin, my arms would fall to sleep. And, the twisted chrome plated highway peg bolts would break. Of course, I eventually went to titanium bolts.

I sold it and bought a new 1978 Honda Gold Wing. I did not have any of the baggage on it. It was also a great bike. My brother and I bought matching bikes the same day.

However, when I moved away from TEXAS I sold it and have not bought a bike since. Sigh... My only vehicle toy is a LandCruiser these days. I don't drive it that much since relocating back to TEXAS.

I will buy a new bike in a year or so. Even though HDs are the rage, I may go with another Gold Wing.

Regards,
LG
