I could be wrong, but my take is that people in the know want to get in before the reverse split at this low price. The new company might be able to prove a higher valuation than the new stock price and new money coming in will drive it even higher. The other explanation could be that insiders are buying to push the price up, giving it a better place to reverse at. Who knows. My opinion. roy
