Yo, Jim. We are all still alive and well. I agree with your assessment on the correction. Fed needs to ease rates. Arizona has slowed, especially on the home buying front. Retail is light except for the snowbirds buying cactus and roadrunner statues. BCOM should react positive this next week and I believe the fund managers and institutions are catching on.
