TLC,

Always read your posts!! You were speaking of intuition
which leads me to two questions. The second has to do
with your point that often when our intuition is "wrong" it
is more likely attributable to a lack of data (than anything
else).

Now, I hope I'm not asking the merely obvious (though, it
may be - this is my intuition speaking), but is day or
short-term trading without a Level II type system kinda
like playing basketball with cleats on (ya may crush a few
opposing players toes but inevitably you break your own
ankles)? I've been invested for quite a while, but I am
just now beginning to consider a move to a more "effective"
approach. My analogy may suck but the gist is that I feel
like I'm trading BLIND! It wasn't much of a problem in a
booming bull market, but now, I'm more cognizant of the odds
I'm facing. And, this isn't a case of being able to move to
a new casino - but, of improving one's game. Would you
even consider trading if you didn't have your system?

The first or last question is just one of chickuition. Ya
said you're feeling a bearish right now. I guess you're
looking for a correction. Truthfully, so am I. I've been
moving to cash on the whole for the last ten days though I've continued to day trade. I did make a purchase of DELL on
Friday. Any willingness to venture a guesstimate of market
reaction or non-reaction if there's no rate cut?

BAWK-TIA,

Jeff
