Many moons ago, Cyrix was in a legal battle over the trademark "MMX" or whether it was common language or not. Has this ever been resolved? (One person that I talked to said that it was considered common language and there is a pending suit against Intel for using MMX (TM) on documentation... Anyone have any info?
