Interesting, David. I noted that the most recent PR for JVWEB indicated they had previously arranged to purchase "Wall Street Whispers" for $140,000, and had made payment of $55,000.

Then the deal was terminated due to "market volatility" and "concerns about the overall financing" of the acquisition. The $55,000 previously paid was retained by the previous sellers.

Quite a business model they've got. Hand over $55,000 to somebody for nothing in return. Looks like a winner to me <VBG>.
