Hope you had fun at the party.
You are so right about writing covered calls. I just did my first ones. I can see now that that is MUCH better than having to sell shares. If the stock starts moving towards your strike price you can buy the old cc back and sell a new one further out: in any case your margin call possibility has retreated because your stock is now at a higher price.
