There always are after a stock causes people to lose a lot of money. But they will just be frivalous. The company's press release did say what they were doing. The headline might have been deceiving but the article did say what they planned on. I don't think the company really deceived anyone. It was just a mania that started and got carried on by CNBC etc. It's a shame that people lose money and get hurt but if you are investing in a stock that is already up 500% it is very risky and you shouldn't be playing with your retirement money. I feel bad for the people who are sitting with their shares at a big loss and don't know what to do. ANyway, my guess is an open in the 5-7 range. it'll see wild swings but the bottom line is that this was a 2 dollar stock will probably settle close to that again in the coming weeks. Sad, Very sad.
