Joey-

As you said, "...Second hand hearsay is all I have..."

Now let me get this straight...you are asking me to disprove items you can't and won't provide proof for?

Let me provide a legal analogy to show how profoundly retarded your logic is.

A man is accused of a crime....let's say fraud.

His accuser says that he doesn't have any proof to provide other than insinuation or "second hand hearsay".

His accuser goes further and continues to say that the accused has to disprove the hearsay for exoneration.

Why should the "defendant" make a prosecutor's case?

Besides hearsay being inadmissible, the mere fact that the purported evidence is hearsay provides reasonable doubt.

So Joey if you have evidence please provide it, otherwise you have no case and asking me to make your case for you is absurd.

Now on to other matters....

In your earlier post, you misrepresent other posters experiences with the PINC software reply-6423525

I read these posts...and offer summaries

(susie's download)

No problems with download by non-oriented computer person.

(susie's "problems")

Susie mentions problems with test...makes no mention of how minor or major these problems are.

(Robert's "problems")

Robert's only problem was with a registration number. Other than that his experiences reinforce PINC's claims that PINC's product is user friendly.

Now there isn't mention in either of these two people's posts that they called more than once other than to register the product.
(Twice for Robert. The first time was for the product registration number. The second time was for a working number).

Per Robert's report (susie's report isn't supportive nor is it derisive) the product is "reliable".

As you correctly said, "Reliable" and "support" will be the keywords". I'd add that the key phrases for acceptance of a product will be "ease of use" or "user friendly".

Per Robert's report, the software is very user friendly and reliable.

Rather than rely on Robert, I will provide you my own review of the software in a subsequent post.

I'd suggest you do the same or at least download the software and test its diagnostic functions.

I make this suggestion since your past several posts have demonstrated nothing other than your absurd reasoning, continued misrepresentation of other's post, and poor interpretative skills.

Plus, I just have to add that my allusions (to your spilling prior to being anywhere near the cup as a metaphor for your lacking erudition and lacking perspicacity) were literate...whereas your retort to that particular post was just plain crass and justifiably criticized by other posters.

btw- Shouldn't you be paying a little more attention to your dogs?
