My suggestion was for congressional candidates to let people know what they thought about it before the election. On which subject, I had another odd (but substantive, of course) debate with K about how UNKNOWABLE that all was. A few of the candidates who did what I suggested didn't do so well.

You can suggest what you want, George. Write your representatives and let them know what you think. If the election politics had played out better, I doubt you'd be making this suggestion, but who knows. Our representatives should vote their conscience a lot more often than they do. But there's partisanship on both sides of the aisle, you know.
