I agree Geoff. I think some of us expected some movement upward but that has not happened. The bid could have come in a while ago and they obviously guessed the news would be benign at best.

I don't think the news is bad, but I do think that certain individual on this thread would love to see the price go down so they can pick it up at cheap prices and start this whole soap opera again.

This is a good project, but right now nothing is concrete as to the terms of any agreement. I do think, however, if this was a small deal, then why so secretive on the location of the property and the terms?????

Ah yes, here comes the mystery. The mystery about the jv is now solved, but what about the deal???? I think, given my research, that this deal will be a good deal for everyone and we will see Epic become a company rather a playground for promotion and cheap placements.
