The backbone must be down. I'm getting a rate of 32 bytes/sec. Now what was it that all these guys are saying about we don't need high throughput? The networkers claim we don't need Pure. It's a good reason why SR is not following traditional release procedures. You don't do that in a society scientismists and planned perpetualists.

I'll have to respond later when this backbone thing clears. I wonder if the reason I can't get into LANL is that the military has put the shutters on due to Iraq?
