I do not own a single share of BCMD stock. I am not interested in pumping and dumping. I could be sued for insider trading if I did. I can assure you I do not need any more trouble with the SEC. All I have asked for is a job without pay and an opportunity to implement my business plan if I can successfuly resolve the BCMD problems. I have not tendered an offer to buy the company. I have not guaranteed that I will have Brush Creek buy U.S. Cement even if they make me Chairman and CEO. I need to see if I can solve the problems before I risk my 51% interest in U.S. Cement. If I can solve the problems, I will commit to acquire all assets, all companies and 100% of my ownership of every entity I am involved in into Brush Creek. This will provide liquidity for all of my shareholders and this is the most important thing to me.

For those of you who don't seem to believe anything on the BCMD bulletin board, I can only say this. I made an honest, sincere effort to give you the biggest wind fall you could have possibly received because I sincerely believed that my pay day would be even greater if I succeeded. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
