Glenn,

I agree the cut is already factored in. I also think that with the cut or without the market will be kind of sloppy this week. Iraq has frazzled nerves and the impeachment hearings are starting and they promise to be quite ugly. Also, Thanksgiving coming, the holiday mush mentality starts to set in. Tokyo has been unhappy with the government's package proposal. Kind of an overall dissatisfaction and grumpiness (tho not in me). I think Dell will bounce in such conditions, however. Ten dollars off the high in a flat market is bounce territory IMO.
