Taurus, check medinahenergy.com I believe under the Olivos pleading remarks in the NEWS sections there is a comment concerning the quashing of the Nevada suit because the court ruled that they did not have juristication. Not sure why you would be interested in this as it surely a side issued compared to the pending court action in Chile that should be made within 2 weeks.
