A good deal of the shortfall has to come from somewhere. The high recycle % in photography is already accounted for in the deficit figures. Mine production and reecycling have not stopped the shortfall. I do believe that Ray is right in that we will not see the spike up until the stockpiles are winnowed down to X number of weeks consumption. Keep in mind that leasing of silver stockpiles remains leasing. The silver is expected to be returned. Can it be? Nope. --Alan
