Keith, The obvious problem is the permiting delays. While I believe we will have wells, we will be lucky to get Christmas presents. I hope we don't have to wait for Easter or Valentines day. One question you may ask is why do we have to wait for the big rig to move to test the top 40 ft. of the recent deepening ( I can never keep the numbers straight). The other thing that I cannot understand is what is taking IMP and BKP so long to get the discovery well on stream. bob
