At 11:59 1999 there will be 1(one) second left to Y2 day.What are all the strident tragic forecasters going to do when they find out that the World did not fall apart?I suspect they will react like the rabbit chasing the dogs at a Florida racetrack;all for nought.But,I may be wrong ,right?
