I would probably agree with you under normal circumstances, but this market is doing crazy stuff. I'm hanging on to my cash for now and trying to find some values in this crazy market. The semi-equips are like the drillers, out of favor now but eventually they'll be back and screaming, unless of course the Y2K takes us to 3000, hehe!
